Bushnell Sport 600
Cumulative Review Score: 71(9)

User reviews for the Bushnell Sport 600 were very hard to find with seven major online retailers producing only nine useful reviews. With a sample size this small the scoring could change a fair amount; however, in the grand scale of things when searching for a rangefinder nine useful reviews are better than none, so a score was calculated and you can decide for yourself how much faith to put into it. The Bushnell 600 found favor with a couple reviewers who liked the compact size, and lightweight. Many of the reviewers mentioned the affordable price as being a major reason for their decision to purchase this model. On the flip side some reviewers were definitely not impressed with this unit, even though the unit is relatively inexpensive some reviewers felt that it did not perform as even a basic cheap rangefinder should.

Owner’s Manual:
The Bushnell 600 is identical to the Bowhunter version in size, weight, height and magnification. However, the model 600 does not have the ARC technology bow mode that the Bowhunter does. This unit is capable of reading in either yards or meters, but aside from that really has no special features. Probably the most significant thing learned from the owner’s manual was that this model has what Bushnell calls a “Perma Focus monocular.” Although reviewers of this unit didn’t mention it, several users of the Bushnell 450 Sport (that also has the Perma Focus), were disappointed by the units inability to adjust the focus.
LRR Thoughts:
The Bushnell Sport 600 is a entry level Bushnell laser rangefinder that looks good on paper with its compact size, lightweight, and budget price; but the limited reviews that were gathered tell another story. With other competitors in the entry level rangefinder category for about same price and that score much higher base on more reviews it would be wise to select a more proven model.
